Marie-Louise Pearson OAM, was appointed to the Board effective 1 January 2026 and has a strong history serving on Boards and leading community organisations. She has a background in Retail Electricity (Jacana Energy), Telecommunications (Optus), and ICT (IBM) in sales, customer service and management roles.

Mr Matt Mommers
Deputy Manager – Training Development & Standards, Airnorth.
Matt Mommers is an NT based aviation professional with 20 years of experience spanning general aviation, aeromedical and airline operations. As Deputy Manager Training Development & Standards at Airnorth, he serves as an airline captain while leading initiatives in training systems, flight standards, and regulatory compliance within Flight Operations. Matt is also a CASA-approved Flight Examiner, authorised to conduct pilot flight assessments and supports the maintenance of training and safety standards across the aviation industry.
His career combines senior management responsibility with operational leadership across complex, safety-critical environments.
