The Industry Skills Advisory Council NT (ISACNT) is a not-for-profit organisation, with a voluntary Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors comprising of business and industry representative who oversee and govern the organisation.

He was a panel member of the Shergold Review of Senior Secondary Pathways. Dr Zoellner has served on numerous advisory committees, reviews and evaluations of education and training at NT and national levels. He was the board chair of Group Training NT and is the independent chair of the ISACNT board. He was the NT representative on the Australian Industry and Skills Committee and is a member of the National VET Regulator Advisory Council. Dr Zoellner continues to research, present and publish on the development and implementation of VET policy.

Dr Don Zoellner has worked in the school, vocational and higher education sectors in the Northern Territory since 1973 including senior leadership roles at Centralian College and Charles Darwin University.

Katrina has over 30 years of experience in the Community Sector. She holds a master's in professional accounting and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company.

Instrumentation Electrician/EEHA Inspector, Performing Hazardous Area Inspections on the INPEX Onshore Facility for Monadelphous Group Limited.
Electrical experience includes Gas and Oil, Commercial and Industrial, Mining, Defence, Road Tunnel Infrastructure, Utilities and Solar Generation Across the Northern Territory and Queensland while developing strong relationships with tradespeople and supporting Apprentices.

Mr Matt Mommers

Deputy Manager – Training Development & Standards, Airnorth.

Matt Mommers is an NT based aviation professional with 20 years of experience spanning general aviation, aeromedical and airline operations. As Deputy Manager Training Development & Standards at Airnorth, he serves as an airline captain while leading initiatives in training systems, flight standards, and regulatory compliance within Flight Operations. Matt is also a CASA-approved Flight Examiner, authorised to conduct pilot flight assessments and supports the maintenance of training and safety standards across the aviation industry.

His career combines senior management responsibility with operational leadership across complex, safety-critical environments.
