Chief Executive Officer

As the Chief Executive Officer of the Industry Skills Advisory Council NT, an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to leading workforce development, Vocational Education and Training (VET) reform, training package development, industry engagement, promoting VET and advocacy for the Northern Territory workforce, skills, and training at the local and national levels.

Amelia has more than 28 years of experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, including over 15 years in senior and executive leadership. Amelia provides strategic leadership and delivers complex organisational and system reform. Amelia has a strong track record of building high-performing teams and achieving strong results through robust governance, financial management, operational planning and performance accountability. Amelia has a proven track record of designing and delivering practical strategies, programs and investments with measurable outcomes that strengthen workforce capability and support economic development across the Northern Territory.

Casey Bruton

Operations Manager

Casey Bruton has been ISACNT's Operations Manager since May 2023.

Casey brings over 25 years of experience in strategic leadership, operations, project management, financial management, and market engagement and sector development across the federal government, Territory government and non-government organisations.

Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered exceptional results, demonstrating the knowledge and ability to lead impactful outcomes. Casey’s experience and expertise contribute greatly to ISACNT’s continued growth and success.
