Genevieve Dally

Chief Executive Officer

Genevieve (Gen) Dally is a fifth-generation nurse who has spent much of her career working across public health, education and the community services sector. With almost 20 years' experience in the health sector, she has worked in clinical, education and executive management roles across government and not-for-profit organisations.

Gen brings to her role extensive leadership experience, having worked closely with government, community organisations, and service providers to build partnerships, advocate for better services and respond to the changing needs of Territorians.

Gen holds a Master of Public Health and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has a particular interest in workforce development, education and finding practical solutions to complex challenges.

Casey Bruton

I/Chief Executive Officer

Casey brings over 25 years of experience in strategic leadership, operations, project management, financial management, and market engagement and sector development across the federal government, Territory government and non-government organisations.

Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered exceptional results, demonstrating the knowledge and ability to lead impactful outcomes. Casey’s experience and expertise contribute greatly to ISACNT’s continued growth and success.

Sashim Maskey

Acting Operations Manager

Sashim Maskey is the Acting Operations Manager at ISACNT, with experience across workforce development, project delivery, stakeholder engagement and marketing. Having progressed through multiple roles within the organisation, he brings a strong understanding of the Northern Territory's workforce and training landscape and is committed to supporting industry through practical workforce solutions and strategic partnerships.
